Launched Self Help Group Scheme in Bidar
For the first time in the country covering 2,12,000 BPL Families out of which 1,90,000 are SC & ST families under SHG Scheme, loans have been provided for the Educational, Social and Economical upliftment of these families

Instrumental in establishing a well equipped Hi-tech Co-operative Training Institute SHARDA which is also first of its kind in the Country. The Training and the exposure programme being conducted in this Training Institute has attracted delegates from various foreign countries who have all appreciated the administration of this Institute. Training is being given to the DCC Bank Staff as well as Board of Directors of 150 DCC Banks and other personnel of various co-operative institutions all over the country. The NABARD has expressed his appreciation for my effort in this regard.
It is because of successfully Launching SHG Scheme in Bidar District by Bidar DCC Bank has been Bagging several prizes including the cash prize of Rs. 5 Lakhs Since 1999 till date

For the first time in the country The Bidar DCC Bank has established RUDSETI training institute mainly to train unemployed rural youths in different trades, After the training they have been given loan and other facilities through DCC Bank and other co-operative institutions so as to make them self employees.

It is because of my initiative an Apparel Training Centre has recently been established in Bidar to provide training to rural women in Tailoring etc., The Bidar DCC Bank has been assisting these trained women for the purchase of sewing machines and working capital.

The DCC Bank has encouraging Sthree Shakthi Self Help Group sponsored by the Government of Karnataka by extending loan and other facilities and in marketing their products.

VVV farmers Clubs (Vikas Volunteers Vahini Clubs):
350 VVV Clubs have established in Bidar District to enlighten the farmers about increasing their income with zero capital by adopting latest technological developments in Agriculture and allied fields. These clubs which are functioning under our direction have to be very helpful to farmers and appreciated by agriculturists and other experts.

I am very proud to mention that one of our VVV Club was awarded First Prize by Hon’ble Union Finance Minister recently.

Sugar Factory
Responsible for the establishment of Naranja Sahakari Sakkare Karkhane to meet the needs of the Sugarcane growers of Bidar District. This was not materilised for past 18 years. This factory was started in the year 2000 with a record period of 18 months. The people of Bidar District are more particularly the Agriculturists and Sugarcane growers are fully supporting, as their dream was fulfilled and became a reality.

From the Co-generation unit of the sugar factory we have been producing 8 MW of power per day since six years and because of my efforts we are planning to extend it to 14 MW power generation per day, to ease the power situation in the State we are utilizing the power generated by us for the sugar factory and we are happy to mention that we are selling about 4 MW power to state Electricity Board.
